Lighthouse Baptist Church Mission Kids will be collecting and putting together boxes for Operation Christmas Child.
A ministry of Samaritan's Purse. Operation Christmas Child delivers shoe boxes all over the world to children loaded with gifts but most importantly, the story of Jesus and the salvation He offers to all people. We need shoes boxes or plastic boxes with lids the size of a shoe box and items on the list from church. We will have a box at church to collect all the items.
Operation Christmas Child is now in full swing. November 17th - November 24th is National Collection Week for our shoebox gifts. Collection dates and hours of the Caro Relay Center are listed below.
Our center is located at the Caro Church of the Nazarene out on Dixon Rd. behind WoodyZ Motel on M-81. We are looking forward to seeing you again this year. If any of you need anything from us please do not hesitate to call and we will try to help.
The items and shoe boxes need to be delivered to the church by November 16th, 2014 so we have time to assemble them and deliver them by mid-November to a pick-up place in Michigan.
